Privacy
Signwrite is run by Charlie, an electrician based near Enfield, Co. Meath. This explains what happens to the details you send through this website. Questions: info@signwrite.ie or 083 135 4982.
What I collect
When you request a callback: your name, phone number, business name, trade, how you heard about Signwrite and the best time to ring.
When you fill in the start page: the business details you type in (contact details, services, areas, reviews, links, plan and extras) so I can build your website.
The "see your site" preview runs in your browser only, so nothing you type there is sent or stored.
Why
To ring you back because you asked me to, and to build and run your website if you become a client. I don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Who helps me
- Cloudflare hosts this website and receives the forms (USA; transfers covered by Cloudflare's data processing addendum under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses).
- Form details are emailed to my business mailbox, info@signwrite.ie.
- GoatCounter counts visits and button clicks so I can see which pages and adverts work (servers in Finland and Germany). It doesn't use cookies or store anything in your browser.
- Titan Email (through Blacknight) receives the form emails in the info@signwrite.ie inbox.
- Stripe takes card payments if you pay a deposit or plan online (Stripe Payments Europe, Dublin). Your card details go straight to Stripe; I never see or store them.
- Fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
How long
If you don't become a customer, I delete your callback request or start-page details after 12 months. For clients, I keep what's needed while you're a client and for as long as the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@signwrite.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies, and it has no tracking or advertising cookies.
